• Your treats are made to order and then frozen (if necessary) for 24 hours before shipping if needed to lock in the freshness and protect the decorations during transit.
• We wrap your order carefully and packaging complete with ice packs (if needed) to make sure it stays fresh in all conditions for up to 48 hours.
• Our desserts are shipped via USPS or UPS. We only ship  Monday-Thursday to ensure they arrive on time.
• Our desserts do not spoil as they are free from dairy, eggs or any other animal “product”.
